Jeffrey holds a B.A. in Urban Planning from Hunter College in New York City, where he cultivated his love of historic architecture and considerable architectural knowledge with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Following his tenure with Landmarks, Jeffrey earned his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law and Property Law including residential and commercial real estate transactions. A resident of Smoke Rise, Georgia, Jeffrey is an active member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, the Atlanta Preservation Center, and Morgan County Georgia’s Madison-Morgan Conservancy, where he is currently restoring the 1913 Conner-Wilson house with his partner. With Real Estate Sales Licenses in Florida and Georgia, Jeffrey leverages his considerable knowledge of local real estate markets, strong community ties and well-honed negotiation skills to deliver a level of service, professionalism, and results in excess of his clients’ expectations.
